"Jesus who takes the word into battle" - (Oct 1st, 2023 Lord's day English worship, Preacher: Ptra.Myrna)

I. lahat ng mga Kristiyano ay nakatagpo ng espirituwal na digmaan
​
(1) People can't recognize that a war is on going every moment, araw-araw.
- Eph 2:2 - "Satan is the ruler of kingdom of the air." The only solution to victory the war is that being equipped the word of God.
​
(2) People encounter problem such as Fundamental problems;①scars, ②spiritual problems, mental problems, ③failure, collapsing.
- We were separated from God. We became sinner and we became children of Satan.
- We can't solve these problems by our will power.
​
(3) We deadly need the doctor and healer.
- Only solution is only Christ. He assures victory, and he assured victory. Going to church can't be the ultimate solution. Meeting and believing in Jesus Christ is the only solution.

B1. Jesus was hungry because he beggered for 40days. He must have been hungry, and it means that he became very weak. Satan tried to make us to be fallen in temptation when we are weak.
​
Satan tells Jesus to tempt him, "made this stone to bread". However, he answers, "Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God"
​
In our lives, there are so many kinds of temptation which came from Satan. Don't be deceived, always keep the word of God and distinguish the test and temptation. Always be careful and pray for that.
​
Jesus Christ repulsed by the word of God. It's sword of the spirit, so we can retort the whisper of Satan.

B2. "Do not put the Lord your God to the test.", "Worship your God, and serve him only."
​
It's the only way what Jesus Christ said. When we complain or doubt misunderstand God, remember what the Love has done for me and us. Pray to our God like "Please lead us not into temptation(Matt 6:13a)"
​
B3. Worship God only who deserves to be praised only.
​
What is the chief end of the man? To glorify God and joy him forever.
​
By the Jesus Christ's Cross, we can rely on God who leads our lives with wisdom, grace and love. Even though we are collapsed by test or temptation, the fact that Jesus' done for us is never changed.
​
Because of his work;crucifing, we can worship God who deserved to be praised forever. Hold the word of God, remember who Jesus Christ is, what he's done for us. Preach the Christ myself!
